Blogging. Lame, right? Well, what can you do when your job is frustrating as Hell, but pays well and allows you to do the things you really care about so you have to internalize the things that would get you fired? That's right, you can get on the internet and bitch anonymously.
I take a daily spin around blogs written by others in Texas, specifically in the legal, judicial and criminal justice fields.
They seem cathartic for the writers. Maybe it will be for me as well.
I find a great deal of information on them. You won't find that here.
What you will find are occasional rants about the people with whom I have run ins and things that piss me off in general. I'd write about the good things that happen, but that wouldn't fit well with the the rage thing. Which is really borne more out of frustration than anger, but Frustration Judicata doesn't sound the same.
I work in downtown Houston, which I think I can safely disclose because there are a billion lawyers here. I have a weird little niche practice that takes me all over the state. Most of it is in Houston and wonderful venues like Beaumont, but I do some work in DFW and Austin and just about every county in between.
We'll see if anyone ever stumbles across this. Or if I can even remember the password after today.
